Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We are using Webexpenses across the company for processing all employee expenses. It has made the approval process on expenses straightforward and captures costs easily, as it integrates with Xero. It's simple to use and employees have found submitting expenses on the go saves time.

  • Uploading of receipts could be less confusing
  • Interface could be simplified
  • A lot of other functionality we don't use on interface--maybe confusing
  • Less time used to process expenses
  • Ability to claim expenses on the go
  • More time for other important things!
Simple to use
Quick to respond and helpful. We have not needed to use them frequently but when we have, it has been very helpful. The support line was helpful and efficient; I did not have to wait long before speaking to an actual person and was very friendly.
Suits small companies for its simplified functionalities, as it is easy to use. Employees found that submitting expenses while on the go has helped with reducing admin and approval side has been smooth. The system integrates into Xero which helps with the reporting side and again is very simple to do.
