Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
We migrated to Webex Calling from an on-prem legacy solution, which was approaching end of life and suffering other supportability issues. This migration reduced ongoing support costs, brought us up to date and made us more agile as a business, offering employees mobility and not being tied to a desk or location for them to use Webex Calling.
Pros
- Allows use across multiple devices
- Collaboration tool for use across multiple Organisations
- Excellent audio quality from any device
Cons
- There has been a service impacting event with the cloud on 1 occasion.
- More updates to integration with Webex Meetings
- Very quick ROI as the user training was minimal
- No longer having missed calls
- No requirement to dialling to listen to VM to ring a customer back
