Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Using the Webex App solution for collaboration with team members offsite as well as using calling functionality with external parties.

Cons

  • Resource usage on user devices, CPU and Memory
  • Some clunkiness with meeting scheduling via MS suites
  • Removal of desk phones
  • Staff abilities to be on the move rather than stationary
  • Positive impact for remote workers

Used well in our environment for team collaboration. Working with external parties and softphone functionality. The ultrasonics make the solution ideal for end users who need simplicity with managing meetings.
