Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is our company's single go-to collaboration application. We have team spaces for info sharing; run meetings through it both internally and with external customers; calls are through the App as well on both desktop/laptop & mobile devices. All of these are done securely through Cisco Webex's infrastructure.

Pros

  • All-in-One collaboration
  • Security
  • experience parity between devices

Cons

  • Guest join experience
  • Take up less computer resources
  • One app to train users is a plus.
  • One vendor to deal with for all collaboration needs.
These all have their strengths but Webex App has been the most complete.
Haven't required any yet so App has been working great.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), 1Password, ConnectWise Manage
Now that it's a unified App, it has everything you would need from a collaboration standpoint.
Well-suited: Webex App will fit companies from start-ups to enterprises. Their management interface is simple for various levels of technical expertise so most IT folks can manage. Less appropriate: Their pricing is competitive but still on the higher end compared to others. However, you get what you pay for.
