Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used across the whole organization. We use it for basically every communication, such as team and face to face meetings via voice, video or chat. I think its much more transparent and traceable than sending thousands of e-mails even for a small question. We have Webex boards in the office, the whiteboarding feature is very useful too.

Microsoft Teams

To be honest I never had any problem with the Teams either, but for me, Webex is a bit more clear and effective than MS Teams. Teams is a bit more than a communication / collaboration tool, but in that I think Webex is better. I think the biggest advantage is the infrastructure, like the Webex board, meeting room reservation, etc.

As we are a Cisco distributor, we started to use Webex App a long time ago, but when the pandemic began and nearly everybody went to home office it became the primary communication channel. We use it day to day inside the company and with partners too. I never experienced any problems, the meetings are so easy and interactive even on the go on my mobile or with a Webex App board.
