Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
Use Veeam [Backup & Replication] to backup 2 sites worth of VMs and replicate to DR site which is off site.
Currently all backups are done using Veeam [Backup & Replication] along with all restores.

Pros
- DR Capabilites of spinning up replicated VMs instantly
- Exploring application items such as databses or Exchange items
- Automatically setup of DR recovery when VM fails
Cons
- Setup of proxies and best practices isn't explained greatly
- Slow termination of jobs
- Data Retention
- Easy data recovery
- DR day has changed entirely and lessened work load for testing
