Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro managed services is being used as the HR application for the whole organization, and payroll/benefits.

Pros

  • Great interface
  • Easy functionality and user-friendly
  • UI is easy to navigate!

Cons

  • Color Schemes can be improved

Great time saving as in views and driving management, which leads to cost saving.
Better interface, user friendly
Great for an agent/manager/leader perspective of managing payroll. From punch-in to a whole team view aspect.
