Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is the system employees use to log in hours, it is used by the whole organization. HR, payroll and IT are the administrators.

Pros

  • 100% accurate
  • Save us time calculating time sheets and processing payroll, taxes, etc.
  • Excellent customer service support

Cons

  • Time sheet calculations, can be better, it has improved over the years, but can be better.
The implementation process was excellent, this was the best system.
