Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use Ultimate as our company HRMS and use it for payroll, benefits, UTM, and reporting.

Pros

  • Very easy to understand and use for all users

Cons

  • Break down in some of the functionality between products
  • Hasn't been without its flaws when it comes to basic functions
UltiPro measures slightly below some other HRMS that ive used before but no system is perfect.
How does this all work together? Where are the opportunities to mess up the implementation?
