Cheerleader
Overall Satisfaction
We use it for Payroll, record keeping, Recruiting, Benefit enrollment, Life Events. It is used company wide. The business problem it addresses is employee data accessibility in a complete package and employee self service
Pros
- Data Management, quick, easy access to find employees and their information.
- Easy open enrollment.
- Employee self serve.
Cons
- Life events, there needs to be capability to edit sessions such as checking a box that was missed.
- Effective dating. This works sometimes and not sometimes.
- Reading the compare statement after OE. If you do not include a benefit in the session, but it is currently active, it should show up, and so should the cost.
- Increased employee efficiency.
- Quicker analysis of data through report writing.
- Delivered reporting through bursts or schedules.
- adp,Ceridian
When I used ADP and Ceridian they were old products. You can not even put them in the same category as Ultimate, which is by far a superior product. The way Ultimate keeps advancing in innovative ideas is superior. ADP and Ceridian would never listen to their customers and advance the product for them.
