Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet handles all payroll and payroll related issues. They manage all benefits for the company including health related and 401k and offer other packages if needed.

Pros

  • Run payroll.
  • Manage benefits.
  • Manage 401K.

Cons

  • Personal service.
  • Speed of response.
  • Customizing use.
Used to be better - but now slow, none specific responses sometimes. On hold way too long if you call in - sometimes 20 mins!
Some good some hard to use. Web site is great if you can figure it out! Help not very helpful.
  • Make payroll easy.
  • Provide choice for health.
Great for small business, reduce costs and streamline getting health care, etc.
