Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our provider for payroll and benefits.

Pros

  • Benefits.
  • Payroll processing.

Cons

  • Some of the site's functionalities.
Customer service is excellent. They are always available and able to answer any questions we may have on a timely basis.
The site still needs some improvements, although it has been updated it needs to be a bit more user-friendly.
  • TriNet has helped us to stay within HR compliance.
Our TriNet manager is a great resource to go to when we have any HR issues. She's extremely responsive and is able to give us the answers we need to address employee issues.
