Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It's used across the whole organization. It streamlines payroll and various HR duties.

Pros

  • Good communication with users.
  • Good interface/portal.
  • Good admin support.

Cons

  • I don't have any suggestions at this time.
The tech platform makes all the difference for a small organization like us to manage our employees and payroll.
Again, a combination of great admin support with the tech interface makes usability easy and efficient.
  • Simplify payroll.
  • Reduce time spent on administrative tasks.
Makes sense for smaller firms with less than ~30-40 employees.
