Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

My every request for help was addressed professionally and within the expected time frame.
We use it across the whole organization for HR, payroll and time off management.

Pros

  • Customer service
  • Ability to manage all online

Cons

  • The online system is very slow
  • Not all information is easy to find, in particular the reporting aspect
  • HR compliance and employees satisfaction with the benefits management
HR and payroll functions/management are very strong and well executed
