Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use virtual desktops to gives users access to our internal network resources. During and after corona we introduced TeamViewer to give suppliers access to their products on our network.
Normally this would require us to deploy additional virtual desktops and licenses and higher cost for consultants driving to our location.
With TeamViewer we we have a product that is widly accepted and easily monitored by our IT staff to meet security standards

Cons

- Easier access and interaction with supplier consultants
- Lower cost on implementations
- Faster resolve of support issues
- Faster implementations
TeamViewer was the goto product and recommended by our suppliers. We didn't feel the need to try out any other as our suppliers didn't support any other product
