Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I would use teamviewer to transfer files, print documents at the office from a remote location, access files from my desktop on my laptop for reference or information needed that was not readily available on my laptop. I would also use it to correct PC issues with friends and family.

Pros

  • access files remotely
  • connect to anyone anywhere
  • works well over smaller bandwidth

Cons

  • easier connectivity to VPN systems within our company
  • security integration with my current security software
  • Remote access allows me to work from any location
  • Ability to show customers previous projects from anywhere
  • If I forget any files at the office, I can still get them through teamviewer
Immediately. Allowing me to work from any location has allowed more actual working hours for accomplishing tasks that would normally require being at the office
Teamviewer allows me to access specific computers where RaiDrive only allows accessing the network drives

Teamviewer was great when it was able to be used under a free service. In my opinion, cost and inability to integrate into our security software has made Teamviewer unable to be used
