Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer application to support our users via remote connection, accessing their device over the internet. Regardless of the operating system, (either Server OS or Client OS) the application work seamlessly. A tool you can rely on its security, and we never faced any kind of slowness or freezing while supporting our users over remote networks. We also use this tool to connect our servers when IT admins are travelling, and it also overcomes the bit slowness of remote vpn connections.

Cons
- add additional feature to work without interactive login.
- improvement in connection over low bandwidth
- licensing price needs to be reconsidered
- should be able to connect with earlier versions if any one end user is not updated to latest
- pricing is expensive when compared with other remote tools.
- cancellation of subscription is not straight forward, instead needs to contact support personnels.
- if the subscription billing is changed to monthly it will be great
after a quarter period (around 3-4) months we analyzed the Teamviewer is beneficial to reduce the cost. We have users and remote servers for which some admin executions cannot be done via Remote desktop for which we travel physically to the locations, but Teamviewer helped us to execute using admin privilege and now we manage the entire systems from a single console cutting the entire cost of travel and time saving.
though the features are almost same but when compared with other products the features of connectivity and protection convinced us to make the decision to go with Teamviewer. AnyDesk is found very lagging with the same bandwidth when tested against to TeamViwer, and secondly AnyDesk file transfer takes long when compared against 1 GB data size.
The additional protection of malware in TeamViwer makes it more trusted on security concerns when compared.
