Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We are using TeamViewer to support our users remotely. Most of the IT related queries we are solving with the help of TeamViewer. It is helping us to resolve user queries instantly. Instead of visiting users desk physically we able to access their system remotely which is saving our time and helping us to improve our productivity.

  • It is quite costly solution compared to others
  • some features need detailed documenatation
  • except above 2 points everything is fine
  • It is helping us to save our valuable time
  • It is helping us to improve our productivity
  • It is also helping us to resolve user queries instantly.

For large organization you can use TeamViewer AD connector to create and set up TeamViewer accounts easily via Active directory. This will help you to save your valuable time.
