Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to meetings and maintaining a cloud-based IT Help desk. TeamViewer is a fast and secure all-in-one solution for access to computers and networks remotely. This tool very helpful for work from home and online Teaching.

  • Some Time Video not display
  • It gets slower when transferring large files
  • Easley access from internal & Intranet
  • Fast resolution of client issues

This tool is very useful for remote support on multiple platforms. It is very simple tool substantial for even a highly computer analphabetic person to download and install and start the TeamViewer session with minimal over the phone guidance.
