I Highly Recommend TeamViewer For Your Remote Support Needs
Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is great for remoting into my customer's systems and fixing issues without having to travel onsite. On many occasions, I am able to avoid traveling to the location by remoting in and figuring out what needs to be done. The best part is if customers give me full-time access I can support them without any interaction from them.
Pros
- Always Online Connectivity.
- Performing Functions Remotely.
- Getting notifications if there are issues like Antivirus needs updating or the disk drive is almost full.
- Great for quick support
Cons
- I'd like to seeing lower price points for smaller vendors.
- I'd like to see the ability to charge customers directly through TeamViewer.
- I'd like to see better pricing options (monthly, yearly, lifetime, etc.).
- Positive impact because it allow me to stay productive and multitask.
- It saves me fuel costs.
- It allows me to eliminate travel time.
Basically, Chrome Remote doesn't have the flexibility of TeamViewer, and GoToAssist is just too expensive. Only TeamViewer offers what I need at a decent price point. There is a reason why it is a leader in this vertical. I highly recommend them and suggest you don't waste time searching out competitive products.
