Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to provide technical support to some of our customers.
Pros
- Provides system level access to client PCs.
- Provides unattended access.
- We can reconnect after a reboot.
Cons
- Needs a compatible version.
- Needs to be installed on both connecting systems.
- There's no free client version.
- Useful for unattended access saving onsite visit.
- We can remotely restart systems, reducing manpower usage.
- Multiple user options, enabling good collaboration.
- LogMeIn Rescue, Zoom and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
We have to use one or the other access software depending on our client. However, if available, we prefer TeamViewer, as it provides more control and easy access.
