Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use it to connect to computers out in the shop. For example, if other employees have questions, we just log on and resolve the issues or questions. It is a bit expensive, but a great tool to get the job done in a quicker way. It solves a lot of extra steps. It is expensive but it's limitless on what can be achieved with it
Pros
- It is great for unattended access. If i am out of the office I can connect to teamviewer remotely with my phone.
- It is very easy to use and navigate.
- Share files.
- Virtual meetings.
- Chatting with support via text box in bottom corner.
Cons
- I would like to see it offered at a lower price.
- Other then expensive there is nothing I dislike about it.
- Mainly positive, it has helped us improve efficiently.
- It has made us more efficient in the virtual world by being there to support employees right away without wasting time.
- Having virtual meetings in lieu of in person.
TeamViewer is a 10 compared to the alternative. In office sessions are easy to set up but mobile and other users not within our organization takes too much time to set up for remote sessions. TeamViewer is ahead of the game compared to most features offered. Installation is also very easy and quick.
