Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop has helped to work remotely from home and in the office through the pandemic. It is quick and very user-friendly while remaining secure to use. it is also well priced compared to other remote access software and it still offers as good a service for the price.

Pros

  • Easy to install
  • User Friendly Interface
  • Doesn't lag when on multiple computers

Cons

  • allow multiple users onto one computer
  • reduce time spent going between departments
  • has allowed us to work remotely from home
Very easy to get any issues that I had resolved - there is always someone on hand
Yes - This has replaced teamviewer

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Zoom
It has worked well for me as I can access multiple departments without leaving my office. (this has been great during the pandemic).
