Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Our organization has a Help-Support Team that helps with live support with customers that call in every day which helps out a lot especially since we have customers from all over. It is really nice that we can use Splashtop to transfer files back and forth. The shortcut put on our customer's end makes it so easy for them to create the code for us to connect. Everyone uses it from the support team, Sales, President, and developers. It really helps since you can work with people without having to leave the office and share files right away rather than taking extra steps to email.
Pros
- Connect to clients computer if it's Mac or Windows PC.
- File transfer.
- Taking control of functions on the clients end.
Cons
- It was hard to connect to Chromebooks but I heard this was taken care of.
- If I am using a Windows PC, hard to control Mac since they have different key functions.
- Wish it didn't take extra steps for Mac users in order to have full access.
- Fast file transfers.
- Real time assistance when a client is making a sale for their business and need help.
- Full access and control of their computer.
