Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We use it throughout our organization. We are able to provide weekends off for our staff and if there are any issues, they simply log in remotely and make any adjustments.

Pros

  • File transfer
  • Black screen
  • Hear audio remotely.
  • print remotely

Cons

  • easier way to stop someone from accessing your computer while you are on it
  • it allows our staff to simply log in and check on an issue or rectify an issue. We don't have to pay them to come into the building overnight or over the weekend.
I haven't had to use it much... That's a positive, as we haven't needed to.

We love Splashtop. Our staff will continually tell us that it is the best investment we have ever made and actually thank us for it. Small market radio, all staff wear a multitude of hats, and we are able to allow our staff weekends off because if there are ever issues, they can log in remotely and rectify them without having to leave their families and come to the station to fix it.
