Sales rep using Spiff
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used across sales as far as I know and it addresses the problem of sales members not knowing how much they are making for a deal or for the month.
Pros
- Visual representation.
- Easy to look at historical data.
- Simple interface.
Cons
- Errors when looking at previous months sometimes.
- Increased transparency.
- Improves engagement from seeing commissions and wanting more.
