In some cases - profiles are not updated in SeekOut - there is a misalignment in Profiles on SeekOut and LinkedIn

Complex Searches/ Booleans gives complex results - consumes time
Streamlining search takes time - Keeping the search simple gets desired profiles through the use of Inbuilt fields in Seekout
Creating Projects and adding candidates are seamless
Project Insights under Projects is great - lets you summarise on searches, collate, build and enhance keywords searches
The candidate reachout feature in Projects is pretty good - functionalities like “Insert fields”, multiple communication channels(Email, Ismail, call, text)AI matching feature is good - 2/5 profiles were relevant based on Sourced profiles
Campaigning could be effective but I see a long wait time to execute the steps - maybe it is intended to be so and I am missing out on something; but this may slow down the TAT.

Key Issues

In some cases - profiles are not updated in Seekout - there is a misalignment in Profiles on seekout and LinkedIn - eg., https://www.linkedin.com/in/amolbhure/ - This shouldn’t be the case when main source of the profiles for Seekout is Linkedin - maybe this is few, but important.
Opening multiple Seekout windows is a Hassle - need to login on another tab every time to open in new tab.

Seekout is good at the moment but it can be way better!
