Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Our technical staff - IT, web, phone and telephony staff - use ScreenConnect to remotely support our client networks.

Pros

  • Toolbox is amazing
  • Remote commands
  • Audit log of users connecting to machines for compliance.

Cons

  • Can't think of any!
  • Saves us time and therefore money from having to travel onsite
Use to use Logmein, but ScreenConnect far out performs and huge cost improvement over LMI.
Great for any remote system support!
