Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
The Integration Suite and primarily CPI is used for integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP applications. These applications are - SAP ERP for Finance and custom ERP for Logistics management processes. Compared to other middleware solutions like Boomi, the flexibility is limited, but it works best with SAP backends.

- easy integration with SAP backend like SAP SF or ERP
- SaaS deployment is easier to manage
- some out-of-box content is useful
Cons
- Limited flexibility
- Out of box content for popular non-SAP backends
- The hassle of maintenance and support with SAP PI is eliminated
- Easier implementation for SAP SuccessFactors
