Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using S&OP solution for our client and the experience have been gruelling at yimes and some times very rewarding. We have been able to implement the solution in a quick pace and teh efficacy of the results have been as per our clients expectations. We have somewhat faced a resistance when ut comes to forecasting time that is being taken up there. Rest of the things are working fine.

Simple to implement, with a lot of folks already aware of how SAP works and the knowledge base of the implementation transcends industries with a wide range of folks and solutions that can be implemented. The SAP organization also has been deeply rooted in erp management which reduces the data security and consistency issues.

There are some modules as well which are best suited for a certain client and those modules are readily implemeted in the current modules. It reduces the total turnaround time.
