Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

SAP Integration Suite helps us with purchase requests, purchase order generation, and tracking their details. Also, it is used for management of vendor data, supplier data, etc. It is also used for the management of training and evaluation. Data is managed very easily and accessible. Security of data is also very well managed by this suite. This is very user-friendly except for some features that require intensive training.

SAP Integration Suite has more features compared to other software. Also, the SAP integration tool is widely used in different reputed organizations. It is also a trusted and reliable resource for the organization. SAP integration tool has extraordinary tool like cloud by which we can access data from anywhere and by any device. Also, we found SAP more safe and more secure to manage data. SAP helps to analyze data that helps us to evaluate the costumers and vendors.

SAP Integration Suite is well suited for purchase request management, purchase order management, stock management, etc. It helps easy access to this type of Data and requisitions. In vendor management it is helpful but synchronization of vendors and their details is very limited in SAP Integration Suite. This feature if improve will be the best tool for the management of vendors. We are using it for training and its evaluation but I think some evaluation parameters can be improved i.e. point based evaluation, to make evaluation more effective.

13 - The people who are using SAP Integration Suite in our organization look after different business functions. Some of them look after the training and evaluation of employees, some take care of vendors' data and procurements of goods or services. Few are managing purchase procedures and payments. People also manage stocks of goods.
2 - We require people who can guide us to understand data analytics and evaluation in SAP. Also we are expecting from SAP to conduct timely training for our employees and information on new or updated features.

SAP Integration Suite is very helpful to us in many ways to manage purchase procedures, stocks, and data of vendors and suppliers. Also, it helps to manage data for service providers. SAP Integration Suite has the tool to conduct training and evaluation. Unique features like the cloud can provide access from any place and by any device is very helpful.
