Generation of purchase requests and purchase order and also for training management, vendors data management, inhouse data management etc. SAP integration tool helps us to manage all the data and we can get whichever data we needs as earliest with a single click. Some SAP tools are not that much user friendly which needs lot of training and concentration to learn.
