Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is our primary business travel platform. We use it to book all of our travel reservations for business travel. It sends us real time information to our emails and texts, manages our personal loyalty information as a traveler, and saves the data we ask it to save so that we can make booking travel easier.

Cons

  • Sometimes you have to start over instead of just going forward because the add on functionality mid process does not work
  • It makes booking travel easier

I think the software is best suited for all types of travelers- those who travel often or those who travel infrequently, as it is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It saves your loyalty information and applies it to your reservations, which is a really good to have feature.
