Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use SAP Concur for submitting claims and expense reports related to Business travel

Pros

  • Automation of expense reports submissions
  • Easy to set up user profile for the first time - UI
  • Availability of a Mobile App

Cons

  • UI could improve - some features might not be easily accessible (navigation in the homepage)
  • AI bot integration
  • Better offers for travel services
  • Time saved - 20%
  • Automation - 50% less effort, but still needs to improve because a lot of manual input is still required
  • Ease of reimbursement process

Easy navigation experience for a first time user. I really like the travel management option as everything from flight to hotel booking is taken care of end to end without having to switch between apps Updating invoice detail should be improved, it can be automated to pick details from the receipt integration to third party apps like UBER or Lyft to pick the details directly would make the user experience better
