Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

Any big organization has a huge challenge to manage their employees travel, spend, timely payment and transparency. It is also important to have a reliable system, which is using self service, easy to navigate and intuitive. Travel portal must help in getting right service providers based on agreement. It should save expenses by providing right but economical airlines, hotels, etc. We use SAP Concur to address the mentioned processes.

Pros

  • Automatically define check in and check out dates and time for hotels
  • Reminds users to book other travel related activities

Cons

  • Changing schedules for travel during booking travel sometimes don’t work well
  • Sending SAE file to the bank is a manual step
  • It has reduced overall spend amount
  • Single tool is being used across world and hence process standardizing
  • Little to no training required
  • SAP Concur has stopped making payment directly to Amex
Sirion One has very limited functionality. SAP Concur goes seamlessly with SAP. It generates the SAE file, which feeds the GL Posting. SAP Concur has huge network of all the travel partners providing multiple options and range depending on organization strategy. It is easily linked with Outlook calendar, prompting user for all travel related activities and news.

SAP Concur works very well to book travel. It provides several options for airlines, hotels and cars. Automatically updates the calendar. Reminds to complete relevant subsequent activities. The app allows to capture the receipts and amounts very easily. While reconciliation this becomes very easy and fast. It allows to capture tips and one can manually update the amount.
