Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

We required a PIM to begin creating an E shop. SAP Commerce Cloud gave us the solution that we needed that easy integrated into our ERP SAP ECC

Pros

  • Building out Classifications
  • Mass changes to our facets
  • Easily see the images tied to the products

Cons

  • The interface can be a little snappier
  • More versatility in the Solr index
  • Cleaner hierarchy to the classification
  • It made it easier to know what each of our stores have in stock
  • Realtime pricing for our customers
  • Ease of recognizing products for our customers
There is a little bit of learning on how the interface works
