Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
Currently SAP Integration Suite is being used to build and host various applications on the cloud which will be used by the end users. The platform offers a way of integrating different sources of information under a single window, without the need of signing into different URL's and using different windows for accessing information which improves productivity and saves time, offering a truly wonderful user experience.
Pros
- Lot of different services available for different needs - for example, Portal Service for publishing user-friendly sites, Web IDE for development, Workflow service for publishing workflow and a lot more.
- Helps to unify information from different sources under a single source through seamless connectivity.
- Enables connectivity to on-premise systems in a secure manner.
Cons
- Better user interface.
- Better performance and loading times.
- The navigation structure can be simplified; the way we navigate, sometimes there is confusion on account and sub-accounts.
- Helped scale up development and integration.
- Good user and developer experience.
- Offers a variety of integration options with different data sources.
Google Cloud is also a good platform, but since SAP Integration Suite has the added advantage and experience of being catered to enterprise customers over a long time, it has a lot of SAP-specific services and solutions which can be implemented and used by the organization. Not only this, SAP Integration Suite also offers connectivity with other sources as well, which is an added advantage.
