Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform
My customer is using SAP Integration Suite mobile services and portal services along with Web IDE full-stack service to develop the Fiori applications. It is a very good platform to manage and develop the Mobile and SAPUI5 applications. No need to apply the patches to get the latest released functions. No need to manage data center.
Pros
- SAP Web IDE is the best development environment to develop the application and to deploy on the on-premise or cloud portal. Very easy to maintain the version of the code.
- SAP mobile services is also very good service. Easy to deploy and build the application for Android and iOS users.
- SAP Portal services is good and easy to maintain. No need to apply the patches. Easy to integrate with the other SAP products.
Cons
- SAP mobile services should provide the iOS and Android sign-in profile. It would be easier for the customer to build and consume the service.
- SAP Integration Suite portal documentation should be more powerful and should provide easy navigation so that consultants can easily find solutions.
- SAP Web IDE should provide accurate errors and warnings. It shows errors and warnings which are not followed by SAP as a standard practice.
- SAP Integration Suite portal services are not running or stopped working many times without prior intimation.
- SAP portal services running too slow. We are not getting any support from SAP.
