Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

Revenue recognition - We are using CPI for calculating the revenue recognition of orders used by RTR. I have worked on integration pieces as SAP basis lead and experience that integration was very easy between on-premise & CPI with well-designed dashboards and documentations.

Pros

  • Easy to deploy.
  • Easy to manage.
  • Seamless integration.
  • Robust.

Cons

  • The interface needs improvements.
  • Help documentation needs improvement.
  • We just implemented last quarter
  • We did implemented only last month and ROI calculation will surely need some more time
  • So far very good
We use SAP CPI for revenue recognition on orders created to calculate revenue and complete the quarter-end closing in a timely manner.
