Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is a very good accounting application used in our Organization for accounting solutions to our Clients. In my opinion, the application is very user friendly and help in fixing the financial statements very effectively and help our Clients to maintain their books very transparently with accurate information and improve the Credibility in the market.

Pros

  • Reclassification of entries through GJ to make the financials accurate as per the Client requirement
  • Multiple reports can be extracted at Sub-ledger level to do the analysis.

Cons

  • The GL Posting date and Payment date cannot be altered once the transaction is complete with the "Paid" Status which is good with respect to control but sometimes it will impact the financial review on the negative side as well. I think there should be an edit option given to the top level users at least to get them fixed.
  • Sage Intacct has played a vital role in over business objectives for the Client success by providing the financial solutions end to end on time without any errors.

The Bills are coded by AP and AR using the BILL application and integrated with Sage Intacct through a sync run and it supports very effectively to record the transactions and keep the books accurate in the Sage Intacct books which is a primary requirement from the Client to have a good record of each and every transaction to take the business decision.
Ithink the application is suitable for all Mid and Small Business to handle the accounting solutions which is helpful for the Business to take the decision on a timely basis and will help them to shape their business in a better way in the competitive market. The Business which has the Financial Statement with more accuracy help them to get more loans and advances to expand their business well and do more business.
