Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used as our Main ERP.
We use it for all of accounting needs, from Accruals, AP, AR, reporting and reconciliations.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • snapping and quick
  • easy to correct mistakes
  • easy to drill down on items
  • very open platform allows connection to other interfaces

Cons

  • no live customer support for every day questions like how to reverse a recurring entry
  • Have to always work with a outside professional consultant - $ price tag attached
  • Time savings for recurring entries
  • Faster analysis for P&L with drill down capabilities
  • Detailed reporting
  • Time saving in AP invoice processing
  • Visibility and transparency

Transparency and customization of reports are spectacular. Clean formatting when exported.
