Intacct Review
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our new accounting software, it will replace using Sage. We will be using it to record PO's, Purchase invoices and the approval system included within it. We will also being using AR to raise customer invoices, advances and payments. We will also use the cash management, which links to our live feed of the bank to reconcile the bank more accurately and in real time.
Pros
- Imports to bulk update supplier details
- Approval processes for PO/AP invoices - being able to have different levels of approvals and it to be recorded within the system
- Links up to Barclays bank to create live feeds for reconciliation
Cons
- Reconciliation for bulk advances in AR - they automatically allocate and usually incorrectly. Would be helpfully to be able to see full list of advances and invoices raised to be allocated with ease and accuracy
- Templates - To highlight more easily which columns are required to be filled in to make new imports easier.
- Include more valid country codes into suppliers payment details
