First web-based software I've used and I love it!

Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Sage Intacct daily for AR, AP, Cash Management, General Ledger, Purchasing, etc. I tend to work from various locations, other than my home office, which makes having a web based system especially convenient.

Pros

  • Queries and Drill down in reports.
  • Ease of changing views and customization of info displayed.
  • Ability to turn controls and restrictions off/on as needed.

Cons

  • Sometimes error messages are hard to understand.
  • I've noticed some glitches since the last update. I have to close out and restart and it works again.
  • I'd like a function to link AP and AR bills/invoices. We have several AP bills we do not pay until we receive the corresponding AR payment.

Sage Intacct is well suited for our multi-entity, multi-national group of companies because of the ease in toggling between entities, automatic posting of inter-entity transactions, and consolidated financial reports.
