Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used by our accounting, FP&A, and Procurement teams. It solves our accounting, purchasing, and reporting needs.

Pros

  • Integration
  • Flexibility
  • Dashboards

Cons

  • Fixed assets does not include a general standard depreciation schedule
  • Can't upload multiple journal entries at once
  • Website crashes when uploading larger entries
I wasn't here for the integration.
GP is much more rigid in what it can do, but can do more. I didn't choose intacct.
If you are a mid-sized company that wants to be on the forefront of the next generation of accounting Intacct is probably a good decision, larger companies with more needs that would like it to be contained in one software platform maybe not so much. Intacct partners with a lot of people rather than developing a ton on their own.
