Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It's being used as the primary ERP system for the company. I am not aware of all of its uses within the company, but I do know it is used in the billing and revenue reporting functions, as well as for professional services, expenses, GL, and a few other functions as well.
Pros
- Order Entry module is highly customizable and flexible to use
- Integration with Salesforce CRM and other applications (Avalera, 2CP, etc) is useful
Cons
- Transition from Order Entry module to Contracts module seems to be not smooth or intuitive
- Contracts module appears to be a much more aesthetically-pleasing application, however many essential things are difficult to view/access/modify, hurting the overall UX
- Contracts module is apparently difficult to modify and customize, resulting in serious hiccups in creating a functional workflow from coming from OE
- Has helped track and streamline collections and AR efforts, improving overall cashflow
