Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct as our accounting software. We have a few non-finance people who view dashboards, but all employees use it indirectly via reports.

Pros

  • The Accounts Payable module is great. Makes processing payment requests much faster and more efficient.
  • Having everything electronic and attached within entries is perfect. Big time saver and much more efficient.
  • All facets of our company can flow directly to and from each other so everyone is working with the same data and not multiple cases of the same data.

Cons

  • Have a "Reply All" in the collaborate function
  • Be able to pull reports through multiple modules.
  • Positive Feedback - Time is less spent on the bookkeeping aspect and more of the analytics.
We worked with JMT and with them and the ease of the software, it has been pretty smooth.
The AP module is great and saves time. Having the documentation at your fingertips for all invoices makes for quicker data pulling.
