Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used across the organization for all our accounting needs and for reporting issues.

Pros

  • Love using it for reporting because of the use of dimensions.
  • Reporting writing is very easy.
  • Easy use for users.

Cons

  • Customer service.
  • Accounts payable approval.
  • Sage Intact has had no impact on our ROI.
I was not part of the integration process but from what I understand it was not a difficult process.
It is very user friendly and easy to pick up by someone who never used any accounting software before. I have no issues with Sage Intacct at all.
