Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is used as our financial system of record for multiple entities with different currencies. All staff use intacct for time tracking and limited staff use intacct for purchasing requisitions and approvals.
Pros
- Multi currency consolidation for financial reporting
- Flexible dimension structures for highly customized financial management
Cons
- Customer support and technical help are lacking. Online help/support community is difficult to navigate and direct customer support is often an add-on cost
- Account management has been reassigned 3 times in a 2 year relationship. Would be nice to have one point of contact at Intacct that was at least familiar with the relationship history as each time we basically have to start from the beginning.
- Difficult to assess as this is the first financial management application we have used as an organization.
- QuickBooks Desktop
The only other program we have used was QuickBooks Desktop. Intacct's cloud capabilities and multi-currency functionality are significantly superior to our prior application.
