Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

We rolled Quick Base out 8 years ago for our Sales Department, now it's used in Marketing and Product Marketing. We've launched it internationally and it has made a huge difference in communication.

Quick Base is faster at deployment and customization than Salesforce. Quick Base is more intuitive and has a better interface than SharePoint.
Whenever you are using emailed attachments to track the progress of a project or request. This is where Quick Base shines. It helps clarify the process and the current status of the project.

Integrations and Governance

The SFTP and QuickBase integrations were part of the native integrations that QuickBase allows. Those went very well. The interface was clear. I did have trouble with the SFTP location, but that was due to LDAP security from the client. Nothing related to QuickBase. The Zendesk interface was very frustrating. It wouldn't connect, and QuickBase did not respond in a timely manner. I found out later that it wasn't a priority for QuickBase. I ended up failing on this integration and it cost me a client.
