Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We have adopted Procore for our entire company's project management document control. Love it (though some of the processes are time-consuming or not user-friendly). Overall, the benefits outweigh the other software tools we have tested and used.

Pros

  • RFIs are all in one spot!
  • Submittal packages are tied together nicely.
  • Punchlist tools are nice and the fact that you can drop a pin and take a pic (pics really are worth 1000 words).

Cons

  • Need submittals to allow "stamps" on the mark-ups
  • Need punchlist items to be made public in groups
  • Need punchlists to be readily available web-based and not emailed when needed.
